Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, if the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement as per our policy.

Replacement Not Possible If:

        The product’s serial number or barcode is removed or unreadable

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange the pickup and deliver the replacement at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellation

By Devsamagri:

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or policy violations. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.

By Customer:

- - - - You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund
        Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Our replacement policy will apply
        Custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has started

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible, such as due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.

Refund Processing Time:
