Returns & Replacements

• • Replacement Eligibility:

    You can ask for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

    In such cases, we will replace it with the same product.

• No Returns: We do not accept returns once the order is delivered. But if the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement.

• Where It Applies: This policy applies only to orders made on Devsamagri.com.

• Replacement Not Possible If:

  • • The product is used, broken by the customer, or changed in any way.
    • The original packaging (box, manuals, labels) is missing.
    • The product’s serial number or barcode is removed or unreadable.
    • It is a custom-made product.

Order Cancellation

By Devsamagri: Sometimes, we may have to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing mistakes, or policy violations. If this happens, we will inform you and issue a refund if needed.

• • By Customer:

    • You can cancel an order before it is shipped, and we will give you a full refund.
    • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, our return policy will apply.
  • Custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Given: Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not possible due to stock issues or other valid reasons.

• • How Refunds Work:

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method or given as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Final Decision: Devsamagri has the right to decide if a return, replacement, or refund is valid. We may update this policy anytime without prior notice.
